Stus.ai is an AI-powered SEO analytics platform that provides keyword research, competitor analysis, content optimization, traffic analysis, and other digital marketing tools through conversational AI agents. The Service processes user queries, analyzes data, and generates reports and recommendations.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or malicious materials.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
- Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse API access.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Property
The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by Serpstat LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features.
5.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models.
5.3 Generated Output
Reports, analyses, and other outputs generated by our AI agents are provided for your use. You may use generated outputs for your business purposes, subject to these Terms.
6. Third-Party Integrations
The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts (e.g., Google Sheets, Google Search Console, Google Ads). When you connect a third-party service:
- You authorize us to access and interact with that service on your behalf, within the scopes you approve.
- You are responsible for complying with the third party's terms of service.
- We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services.
- You may disconnect third-party integrations at any time through your account settings.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze data and generate recommendations. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or errors. You should independently verify any critical information before making business decisions based on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serpstat LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Serpstat LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
