What is the monthly usage budget?
Each plan includes a usage budget in US dollars that covers the AI and data costs of running the agents (LLM tokens and external API calls). Your plan price is your monthly budget — Starter gives you $39 of usage per month, Pro gives you $199. A daily cap (your monthly budget ÷ 30) keeps usage steady across the month.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing charges once for the year at 10× the monthly price — so you get 2 months free. The plan, budget, and limits are identical; only the billing cadence and the discount differ.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Manage everything — upgrade, downgrade, change payment method, or cancel — from the Usage page, which opens the secure billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens when I hit my usage limit?
Agents pause for the rest of the day (daily cap) or month (monthly cap) and you'll see a notice in the app. Limits reset automatically — the daily cap each day, the monthly budget on your renewal date. Upgrade any time for a higher budget.
Do unused amounts roll over?
No — the usage budget resets each cycle and unused budget does not carry over. Pick the plan that matches your typical monthly workload.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, which accepts major credit and debit cards and other regional methods. We never see or store your card details.
